The Roaring of The Engine

*THUD*, A huge sigh was let out from under the hood of a of a red '67 LeMans.  "Almost done!" a low voice called from the bowels of the car. Soon the man removed himself from the mouth of the car. "Done?" a feminine voice called from the door of the garage. The man looked up at his wife smiling "Almost." A few more hours of work the man gave the car new blood and added some gas. He anxiously climbed into the driver's seat and put the key in to the ignition. With a deep breathe he turned the key hoping that he could bring it back to life. The starter turned over and the man hoped to god it would it would come to life. With a shock from the accelerator pedal the engine roared into life. He jumped out of the car and ran into the house calling for his wife. "He's alive" he yelled as he found his wife "Come see he's alive." The two went back into the garage to find the engine roaring even louder than before. They climbed in, buckled up, and went for a drive.
When they got back the wife turned to the man and said "I can't believe you brought him back." The man just smiled and said nothing as he turned the car off.  After his wife had gone back inside the man got out and laid a hand on the hood of the car and whispered "Glad to have you back.
